2) There will be a drive-thru Galilee Food Distribution with The Well Outreach on Thursday, October 22 from 10 am to 12 pm. This will be located at the bus ramps of Columbia Central High School, which is on the north side of the school. The food distribution is being combined with the school's free breakfast and lunch pickup already being provided. Students in need and remote learners can pick up their free breakfast and lunch from the Nutrition Department, and also, 10 meals and 10 snacks in a box (per student) from The Well Outreach Galilee Food Distribution. There will be 500 plus Galilee Food boxes available on a first-come-first-served basis while supplies last. If you have been contacted by the MCPS nutrition department about picking up meals at CHS, RSVP with them to ensure they have your school breakfast/lunch ready. Both the school meals and the food boxes are available to any students in need and remote learners. The goal is to host a Galilee Food Distribution each week throughout the end of the year.
